Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Notice is hereby given that the 2018 AGM of Capel Community Association (CCA) will be held at Capel Village Hall, Falmouth Place, Five Oak Green, Tonbridge, Kent TN12 6RD on 27th December 2018 at 4pm.

The Trustees will be putting forward a New Constitution (Governing document) and a Change to the Charity structure. For this and further AGM information please see the links below or telephone 01892 832118. The accounts for the year 2017-18 will be tabled at this meeting.

At the Capel Community Association (CCA) AGM on the 27.12.2018 we will be voting on the proposal to adopt a new CIO Constitution ( governing document) for adoption with Proposed Charitable Incorporated Organisation Charity Structure. This is proposed to replace the current Unincorporated Association Charity structure and current Constitution dated 9.11.2009. To review the documents use the links below:
