Q: How do I find out how much it is to hire the hall, or if it is available when I need it?
A: Contact our Bookings Secretary by phone or email.  If you are happy with the answers, you will be provided with a booking form with hire information and conditions.  The contact details are  01892 833678, or email capelhallhire@gmail.com

Q: When will I have to pay for my booking?
A:  A £25 non-refundable holding deposit is payable when booking, this will be deducted from the final payment. The final payment and a refundable security deposit £200*, must be received by the Bookings Secretary at least 14 days before the booked event date. Please check the booking form for any additional “licence” payments that may be required. (* £500 deposit for hirers aged under 25. CCA reserves the right to increase/decrease the deposit at their discretion)
