Notice is hereby given that the 2018 AGM of Capel Community Association (CCA) will be held at Capel Village Hall, Falmouth Place, Five Oak Green, Tonbridge, Kent TN12 6RD on 27th December 2018 at 4pm.
The Trustees will be putting forward a New Constitution (Governing document) and a Change to the Charity structure. For this and further AGM information please see the links below or telephone 01892 832118. The accounts for the year 2017-18 will be tabled at this meeting.

At the Capel Community Association (CCA) AGM on the 27.12.2018 we will be voting on the proposal to adopt a new CIO Constitution ( governing document) for adoption with Proposed Charitable Incorporated Organisation Charity Structure. This is proposed to replace the current Unincorporated Association Charity structure and current Constitution dated 9.11.2009. To review the documents use the links below:

The Capel community Association’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 24th October 2016 at 8.00pm. 
The meeting will include reports from the Chairman and the Treasurer. The accounts for the financial year 2015-2016 will be tabled, and there will be a chance to ask the committee questions about the hall.
All Capel residents and regular hirers of the hall are welcome to attend.
The Friends of Capel Church are pleased to announce that Capel will be taking part in the lighting of beacons across the country and overseas to celebrate HM The Queen’s 90th Birthday. 
This will take place at:
St Thomas à Becket (car park)
Thursday 21st April – 6.30 to 9.00 p.m.
There will be Teas, Coffees, Soft Drinks, and a bar available.
Arrive promptly for songs by the Capel Primary School choir.
Donations for the church gratefully accepted.
Remember there are no toilets at the church.
Suitable clothing for the weather along with a torch, and maybe an umbrella would be advisable.
Capel Gardening Society have announced the dates for this years shows. All the shows will be held in Capel Village Hall, and all start at 2pm.
The Spring show will be held on the 9th April 2016.
The Summer show will be held on the 16th July 2016.
The Autumn show will be held on the 3rd September 2016.
Staging 8.30am-11am. Judging 11.30am-1.30pm Open to the public at 2pm
