Our Fun Day’s aim is to raise money for two charities:  Southern Golden Retriever Rescue which looks after unwanted Goldens (how could they be?), and rehomes them with loving families, and Medical Detection Dogs which is the SGRS main charity again for 2016.   Last year’s Fun Day raised a record £2,200, £1,100 of which was part of the £6,200 raised for MDD by SGRS in 2015.

This event is held every May or June and has been at Five Oak Green for several years – it’s just right for our needs. A good size hall, large kitchen, perfect size grounds, good parking and very obliging management!
