Chloe Stephens runs Pilates courses on a Monday evening from 8.00pm – 9.00pm

Pilates is a mat work class, suitable for all ages and abilities.  Participants report feeling more flexible, have less aches and pains and usually feel relaxed after a class.  You can expect to improve your posture and balance with regular practice.
